Manchester United Considering Sacking Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Manchester United are considering sacking Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

According to reports, he should have been sacked yesterday but close sources reveal that the board is currently having a meeting and there is yet to be clarity on his future at the club.

Manchester Evening News reported that it  “understands the club hierarchy is giving serious consideration to dismissing Solskjaer before United’s next game at Tottenham on Saturday” but the board “have failed to respond for comment on the manager’s position.”

After United 5:0 humiliation at the hands of Liverpool, the players were said to have been kept in Old Trafford for two hours after the final whistle on Sunday.

Ole’s team has lost five games in their last nine games and are without a win in their last four Premier League matches.

Former United manager Alex Ferguson was spotted in the crowd on Sunday where he shook his head in disbelief at the scoreline in Old Trafford on Sunday.
