Governor Kayode Fayemi Has Declared His Intention To be Nigeria’s Next President

Kayode Fayemi, governor of Ekiti State, formally entered the 2023 presidential campaign on the platform of the All Progressives Congress on Wednesday (APC).

Fayemi revealed his decision to compete for the highest position in the nation during a ceremony in Abuja attended by former Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun, among others.
When he becomes president, he has committed to guaranteeing youth empowerment.

On electricity, Fayemi, who is now fielding questions from the media at the time of writing, stated that it was past time to abandon the national grid.

He said that the national grid is inoperable.
