The UEFA champions league has begun to take shape as some teams now already have a leg into the next round of the competition with three games remaining.
First is Liverpool from group B with maximum of 9 points heading into the return legs of the group stage following their dramatic 3:2 win over Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night with Salah netting a brace.
Next is Ajax in group C securing all 9point out of three games.
Ajax humiliated Borussia Dortmund 4:0 on Tuesday after they had defeated sporting and Besiktas to stay top of Group C.
The Dutch team will be confident going into the second legs of the group state as they eye the next phase of the tournament.
Paris Saint-German are top of Group A with 7point while Manchester City is 2nd with 6point.
PSG was held to a draw on the opening day of the Champions league by Club Brugge, they bounced back by defeating Man City 2:0 the day Lionel Messi registered his first goal for PSG.
On Tuesday night Lionel Messi netted twice as PSG came from a goal down to edge out RB Leipzig.
Teams from groups E, F, G, H, will also show some pointer to the direction of the next round of this tournament when they get to play tonight.
Barcelona has lost their first two matches in the champions league, they will anticipate a win at home against Dynamo Kyiv on Wednesday.
