The National Union of Electricity Employees (NUEE), which represents electricity employees, has called off its strike.
According to our earlier report, NUEE electrical workers went on a day of industrial action on Wednesday to make their demands clear.
The electrical workers shut down the national grid, leaving the country in darkness, and the federal administration quickly called an emergency meeting with them.
