Salvation Proclaimer Ministries Church, also known as SPAC Nation, has been closed down by the British government.

Over £1.87 million in outgoings were left unaccounted for, and the London-based organization was forced to close its doors.

Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, 42, of Nigerian ancestry, has been the subject of an investigation for many years.

That’s what they were advised to do by the two spiritual leaders, one of them was Mariam Mbula.

Church takeover completed on June 9 before Judge Burton, according to a statement from the Insolvency Service of the United Kingdom on Friday..

The company’s liquidation has been sent to the Official Receiver.

SPAC Nation, a Christian organization founded in 2012, was testified to in the courtroom.

After charges of financial exploitation made by former church members, despite favourable evaluations, it came under media investigation.

Complaints about SPAC Nation prompted the Insolvency Service to conduct its own investigation into the church group’s activities.

Adedapo Olugbenga Adegboyega, also known as Dapo Adegboyega or Pastor Dapo, was interviewed as part of the investigation.

It was stated by Adegboyega that the church group has over 2,00 members and 200 ordained ministers and pastors, but no evidence was provided to back up that claim.

According to the authorities, SPAC Nation either failed or partially complied with statutory standards, such as producing statistics to back supposed contributions.

“Rent expenses totaled £610,000 for the two years ending December 31, 2019,” according to the company’s financial documents.

But the Insolvency Service highlighted that the company “did not have a single base of its own and would book venues across London to hold services, at a great price.
